Chicken Taco Chili

It's been a slow and boring week around here.  The boys don't start preschool til next week so we are just hanging at the gym and running errands before our busy fall schedule starts.

I've been searching pinterest lately for some yummy fall recipes and I came across this one from Shay Shull over at mixandmatchmama.com.  I made it yesterday for dinner and it was awesome.  Super easy and very yummy and low calorie.  Its only about 200 calories a serving and makes 8 servings.  It was a hit with the whole family except for Ryan of course.  I made it with chicken but I'm wondering if you could make it with hamburger meat.

It was so easy and perfect for fall and football season!  It will definitely be making it on to the rotation!

Chicken Taco Chili
All you need is:
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn kernels
16 oz tomato sauce
2 cans (28oz) diced tomatoes
packet taco seasoning
1 T chili powder
3 boneless chicken breast

Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours.
Serve with tortilla chip strips or corn bread.  Enjoy!
