This weekend we were busy with Matt's cousin Isaac's High School Graduation.  He graduated from Williamsburg HS on Saturday, May 24, 2008.  We were excited to celebrate his graduation and look forward to him attending Ohio State University in the fall.
Good Luck Isaac, we love you!

We had a lot of fun at his graduation party afterwards!  We were glad to see lots of family including Matt's Uncle John and Uncle Chris and his family.  It was great food and good times!

Cookies N' Cream Three Layer Dessert

The past couple weeks have been busy around the Deepe house!  We still have yet to get some outside yard work done including putting mulch down, planting some evergreens in the backyard and (Matt's favorite) putting epoxy down in the garage!  Basically it is a sealer on the garage floor and have a glossy look.  We got the materials this weekend and Matt can't wait to get started!  Hopefully we will find a couple nice days to do it!  I'll post pics later!

With summer right around the corner it puts me in the mood to bake some summertime treats so I thought I would share a yummy recipe!

Cookies N' Cream Three Layer Dessert
Ingredients: 1 box (7 oz.) reduced fat chocolate sandwich cookies
2 (8 oz.) container fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 (1.4 oz.) boxes fat-free sugar free chocolate instant pudding
3  1/2 cup skim milk

Place cookies in sealable plastic bag.  Crush cookies into small pieces - set aside 2 Tbsp of cookie crumbs.  Mix 1 1/2 containers of whipped topping, cream cheese, and remaining cookie crumbs in medium bowl until well blended.  Spread cookie mixture into 9 x 19 in. glass baking dish.  Prepare pudding according to package direction, using 3 1/2 cups milk.  Spread prepared pudding over cookie mixture.  Spread remaining 1/2 container whipped topping over the pudding.  Sprinkle reserved 2 Tbsp cookie crumbs over whipped topping.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve!
