I am so excited to say that Ryan slept through the night for the first time last night! WOW! I still can't believe it! He had been waking up at 3AM on a pretty consistent basis but this morning Matt woke up and heard Ryan stirring! He asked me if Ryan had been up during the night and I told him no! It was 6AM!!! I exclaimed 'he slept through the night, yahooooo'! I fed him his bottle and then he fell back asleep until a little before his 10AM feeding! I'm so proud of him and pray he will keep it up!
Isn't he the cutest thing in the world!
Later Gator
He loves staring in the mirror! He has one in the car facing his car seat and he just loves it!
This one is for Nana! She loves the pics of Ryan sleeping!
How's my running? Well a couple weeks ago I noticed pain in my knee. I continued to work out, train through the pain right? After I could barely walk one night I decided it was not smart to keep working out. I laid off of it and waited to see if the pain would subside. Monday I went to the orthopedic doctor and he said I pulled my hamstring and that was causing the pain. I was relieved it wasn't a torn ligament but he told me not to workout for 7-10 days! I think I tried to do too much too soon with my running. Since I hadn't run in a loooong time my muscles weren't used to it. Thus pulling my hamstring. I am pleased to say that my knee feels much better and doesn't hurt. I am planning to get back to the gym on Monday. I'm gonna start back with the elliptical and run only one day a week!
I weigh myself on Friday mornings and I was so excited to see I've lost 2lbs! WOOHOO! I was so thrilled! I've also started a food journal where I write down everything I eat and count calories! Apparently it's working. It helps me stay on track and not cheat.
